If you spend a lot of time in public places with your laptop computer, you might consider advertising your business on a laptop “skin” , a stick-on which covers the outside of the computer.

Schtickers lets you design and create custom skins for your laptop computer online– simply upload images from your computer, add graphics and text. Easy.
Schtickers also has skins for iPods and cell phones. They are removable and reusable. Made of vinyl. Works for PC and Mac.
According to the company:
Schtickers.com is the orginal maker of designer laptop skins, laptop decals, laptop stickers and laptop covers that are removable and reusable. You can call it a laptop skin, laptop sticker, or laptop decal but we call them Schtickers. Schtickers are designed to instantly makeover your laptop or ipod with some of your personal style. You can even upload your own image, logo, or other item to create your own custom laptop skin. We custom trim to fit any laptop.
The cost for a laptop skin is $24.99 plus $3.95 shipping. Go here for discount codes to save 15%.
I like that the skins are vinyl (easy to clean) and removable. Plus, the company has charitable bones– it is a member of the Five Percent Club, a group of U.S. corporations who commit five percent of their taxable income to support community nonprofits.
Anyone use Schtickers? Can you recommend any other companies?
UPDATE: Just got my skin (that was fast) and it looks great. Sticks on easily and is removable (which is why I bought it). What do you think? (click to enlarge)
