As today marks the first day of summer, many New Yorkers are off to the Hamptons, Jersey Shore, Berkshires, Catskills and beyond. That means there are less buyers for hot New York City real estate. Builder/ Developer Arum Bhatia has offered a nice incentive to buyers brokers who bring one or more buyers:
