Real estate developers push the advertising envelope much more than your average real estate brokerage. With these ads, the envelope may be starting to tear.

They’re talking about windows, right? Edge (Brooklyn, NY)

They mean affordable, don’ t they? BurnhamPointe (Chicago)

  • What I find amusing is that the first ad is for condominiums. Anything funny about the ad and the sord condominium? Even on a subliminal level, this will stick on one's mind!
  • Developers seem to have no problem with pushing this advertising envelope. The competition to be noticed is fierce. And looking is the first step to buying.
