Naked Real Estate - Jackie Youngblood Says Skip the Outfit

Jackie Youngblood is not your typical real estate agent. She is a nudist who specializes in Clothing is Optional and Nudist Resorts in Pasco County Florida. What a hot untapped niche!

We all talk about transparency in real estate but this is on a whole other level. I wonder if the showings are done in the nude? How about the open houses? Probably not. That would just be a little too freaky.

By combining her two passions - nudism and real estate - Jackie has clearly found her macro-niche. Have you? It’s something to think about. No, not becoming a nudist Realtor®, but finding your distinct value proposition. A macro-niche within a niche. Were you in the military before? How about the music business? By combining your non-real estate expertise with your real estate knowledge, you can become the defacto specialist within a very small but lucrative sphere. Let us know what you come up with.

Speaking of naked…I always seem to think better when I’m in the shower. I guess that’s because I’m naked :)

Client Testimonial:

“Jackie Youngblood was a constant source in keeping us abreast as to each level of progress on our property. She made things move along. We are extremely pleased with our Realtor and how she handled each and every question we asked about the property.” Jack and Janice

“No loose ends were left dangling. We got full-disclosure from top to bottom - she really showed us her stuff. She allowed us to proceed with our investment eyes wide open! Jackie had a couple of big ideas about cosmetic enhancements which might improve our neighborhood appeal - After much stripping and buffing, we were truly ready to show!”

    Oh, brother.

A good friend sent me this site a couple of weeks ago and I thought it was very clever. Niche marketing at its best.

Saw it two months ago featured on Maureen Francis’ blog. It was the “site of the month” in Point2Agents newsletter. No doubt her site traffic has spiked since then. The jokes were certainly flying!

When Jackie came to us, she clearly had a vision for her web design. She is an absolute doll to work with and loves her life. I have been asking her the stupidest questions about being a nudist. I think secretly, most of us would love to have the nerve.

I hope that everyone can take the lead and think outside the box when it comes to their real estate marketing. These are our most successful clients ~ follow your passion and you will be a winner.

I would think to get into this niche would require the agent to be at least somewhat physically attractive, and female. I think a male trying to work in this niche would scare off the clients. It appears Jackie is the perfect agent for this lifestyle. Come to think of it, I could get to Pasco county in about 6-7 hours. Maybe a weekend of house shopping down there might be just the ticket.

This is a small niche, but don’t underestimate the size of this relatively entapped market nationwide and worldwide. Of course you kind of have to be a nudist to understand this market. Best of luck to her!
