		<description>This is the first I have heard of this, but I think it's great! Property taxes have always bothered me. Their very existence means that you never really own your home. I would prefer to do away with property taxes altogether, but this is a great step in the right direction.</description>

		<description>Nice - this is the first I've heard of such programs; it seems like a great concept. Instead of just giving people a break and costing everyone money, they can work it off in their communities. These programs have my vote.</description>
