Great article on the real estate happenings, I really enjoy reading your posts. Just for your information, Donald Trump is in big trouble right now with his real estate empire. I hope everyone can pull through this slump!!

I think any time one agent has a new "trick" that other agents don't offer, it will give them "an edge." If the question were phrased as "Do you prefer watching video tours?" you might get a different response.

Personally, I don't like video tours nearly as well as traditional virtual tours because you have to wait for it to go in the order that the producer recorded it. Sometimes you want to look at something longer, and other times you want to skip through, and you don't have that kind of control with video.

I'll probably add video anyway to my marketing selections, just because I don't want to be edged out by something that I can easily provide.

Christina,

If we had to guess, we would guess agents.

Teresa,

The answer may come from consumers who will (or won't) ask about video marketing.

If real estate pros were polled this makes sense. We are being told for the 2nd or 3rd year in a row that video is where it is at. . . . mostly by people who have a financial interest in video.

I know you said they aren't scientific but I have to ask - who do you think likely voted in the polls? Agents or consumers?
