Fellow blogger and good guy Michael F. Daly will open RE/MAX Beach Properties in tony Southampton, announced RE/MAX of New York, Inc. The office will market properties under RE/MAX Renowned Properties program, which is the company’s luxury division. This is a wonderful market with average sale prices over $1.2 million. [I don’t want to steal Michael’s thunder but I just love Southampton. My client had one of the last pieces of raw land there (72 gorgeous acres) and I was often a guest at the Southampton Beach Club where I enjoyed their signature conconction, the name of which escapes me now. I still venture out to Hampton Bays with my buddy John to go clamming under the Old Ponquoque Bridge. Next time I’m out there, I plan to stop by your new office Michael. I’ll bring a few dozen clams as an office opening gift. ]
