About: Stuart Maxwell, a performer and writer, and Louise Maxwell, a Real Estate Agent with Windermere, combine to create a Seattle Real Estate property listings podcast blog. Although they have not added new content to their blog on a regular basis, it’s the concept that I applaud. As the host, Louise interviews listing agents about their featured property and in one case, the seller, who also happened to be an agent. Both the host and the Realtor discuss the properties intricate details in a very down to earth conversational tone. This type of innovative and informative real estate advertising brings tranparency to the sales process.
