ProBlogger Darren Rowse was the star attraction at BloggerMania held in NYC at Connolly’s Pub Thursday night. Yours truly was in attendance. Free booze flowed as bloggers blabbed. I had a chance to bend Darren’s ear and learned he was in town on holiday (as the Brits say) with his wife and 8 month old son. Since he was a first time visitor to the city, I gave him some tips on sites many tourists miss, like the Museum of Sex. With an 8 month old, he might prefer The Cloisters for peace and quiet.
I also chatted with Patrick Gavin, President of Text Link Ads, who sponsored the event, and Aaron Brazell, Technology Manager of b5media. These fellas bring advertising to the blogworld. Hmm…
