Properazzi claims to be the biggest search engine in Europe, with one million listings. They have sales and rentals.
We took a peek. Interesting. Search via a map, with a sliding scale to winnow your search OR enter fields for location, min/max price and sale/rental. There is also an optional keyword search. Like Trulia, clicking the listing links you directly to the lister’s website. What impressied us were the 29 languages and 90 currencies (with US dollar & Euro equivalents).
Properazzi made the final nominations for Red Herring’s prestigious 100 Europe 2007 Awards. They also have a blog.
With continued interest in vacation and second homes overseas, Properazzi is a useful resource.
