Does this cross the line?
In Atlanta, an online ad offers a room in exchange for “sex and light office duty.” In Los Angeles, a one-bedroom pool house is free “to a girl that is skilled and willing.” And in New York City, a $700-a-month room is available at a discount to a fit female willing to provide sex.
On the widely used Web site Craigslist.org, some landlords and apartment dwellers looking for roommates are offering to accept sex in lieu of rent.

I wonder what the buyer would have to provide as “other consideration” in “exchange” for purchasing a property? Hmmm?

I guess that will open a whole new realm and light on prostitution. Or maybe this shows that our economy isn’t as good as George Bush says it is.

Maybe Craig should just have a section called “PIMP MY LISTING”
That would have to be a REALLY nice apartment…
To be fair to Craig, he is not like a publisher who edits listings before they are submitted e.g. NY TIMES, so it’s very difficult to monitor. His system relies on his community to flag flagrant listings which become deleted when they meet an internal criteria.
It’s just amazing to see what people post and how far they are willing to go to rent or sell property.
