Traffic and page views can be highly misleading. A more important metric is revenue per visitor or page view.

One single visit to HomeGain that we direct to one of our buyerlink customer's web site probably generates more revenue than a large number of clicks on zillow's hot or not real estate photos or a large number of clicks of visitors plowing through listings on Trulia.

HomeGain visitors monetize because we endeavor to send them directly to real estate agents in the form of raw visitors or quality leads.

These visits and leads in turn become commission dollars that our thousands of real estate customers make. Our customers can determine whether it makes sense to spend money with us. Since we have no long term coercive contracts and have thousands of customers its safe to say they see the value HomeGain delivers.

The traffic that goes to other sites like Zillow and trulia is monetized by selling banner ads or featured listings. In order to make significant money these companies need millions of visitors and millions more in page views.

AND they have to convince their advertisers that they can make a return on investment for the money they spend there.
