When I chose my realtor, I did consider his/her web presence, which helped establish that he/she was forward-looking yet dignified and professional. That’s the kind of agent most consumers are looking for, not the flame-throwing blogger with the tremendous ego and questionable ethics or the endless debater of silly issues irrelevant to my home search.
