Love is in the air today. Incredible Agent just launched a new website called HomeHugg.
When its community members see a home they like on another website they “hugg” it. Once hugged, the property is listed on HomeHugg with a link back to the listing on the agent’s website. Visitors to HomeHugg can also add their huggs, along with any comments. It’s like a digg for homes.

Guys, thanks for the post..you’ve hit it right on the head. This is the first home bookmarking community of it’s kind. We built this product to help consumers identify good homes in their community and to help real estate websites drive traffic. The social bookmarking concept works in other web spaces, why not Real Estate.
We’re still in Beta stage, so we’ll be launching many more unique tools and fun ways to use HomeHugg.
I am so stingy with my praise of sites, but I gotta say… I love this idea. Basically- it is the equivalent of “Digg”-ing homes. So, my greatest praise to this idea.
Love it! I had problems loading photos though. Putting Hugg buttons on my listings.
