Towns like Chaska, MN and Lombard, IL offer free Block Party Wagons to help folks put on neighborhood block parties.
The Block Party Wagon in Chaska offers “enough tables and chairs for 36 people, two 10-gallon drink pitchers, street barricades, first aid kit, a megaphone, and over 27 games for adults and children.”
The Wagon in Lombard “includes ten tables, 100 chairs, a 10′x10′ canopy, large charcoal grill, a bean bag game and a sound system.”
Block Party Marketing

If real estate brokers or other professionals want to get noticed IRL in their
communities, they might invest in a Block Party Wagon (don’t forget to add your company logo). Offer it free to neighborhoods, subdivisions, developments, groups, etc., to throw parties. Heck, use it to throw your own block parties.
Have folks take photos and videos and post them on the Facebook Community Fan Page you created. Take a bunch of photos of your neighbors at the event and post them on your blog or website. Have folks gab about it on Twitter #blockpartywagon.
You’ll likely get noticed by the local radio and television stations, and newspapers (just invite the reporters to the party). Free publicity.
[Anyone who uses this tip and gets some clients can send me my consulting fee in small bills in a brown paper bag marked "Joe's lunch".]
