This is very dissapointing. I often look to you guys for inspiration and trends but this post has nothing to do with real estate. Demographics perhaps, but not real estate. Just what Swann wants, Sellsius= no credibility.

In fact, we have a post tomorrow about Phil Hoover, a 35 year real estate vet who has a new blog initiative to connect with his readers. Check it out. Oh yeah, he thinks the Connects stink but if he got paid an honorarium he would be happy to be the keynote speaker. Seems his principles can be bought for a few bucks and a free hotel room. Yeah, this is the guy who’s opinion I care about.
