Real Estate Porn: Hotel Edition

In our continuing series on Real Estate Porn, we have a look at the world’s most expensive hotel room, the Hugh Hefner Sky Villa in Las Vegas. The price for a night’s stay is $40,000. Now, that’s what we call obscene.

Hugh Hefner’s Sky Villa is located at the top of the Fantasy Tower of the Palms in Las Vegas, NV. It takes up two floors and comes with 24/7 butler service (what, no hot and cold running maids?).

Here’s the wallet emptying description:

This suite features a Playboy® pool with an outdoor-cantilevered Jacuzzi® pool with glass end wall and spectacular view of the Strip. The suite features the best of everything including a large living room, full bar, media room, dining room, fully equipped gym with sauna, and a spa style treatment room. For some unexpected style, enjoy the glass elevator, eight foot round rotating bed, an extra large show tub, pop up plasma televisions, poker table, and an outdoor terrace with strip views, sunbathing areas and a bar. This premier penthouse suite will have you living large.

Is the Sky Villa a little too steep for your budget? Step down (just a bit) to the Ty Warner Suite at the Four Seasons in New York City. Covering the entire 52nd floor with 360 degree city views, the 4,300 sq. ft. suite can’t be walked on with your shoes– you gotta wear “booties”. A mere bag of shells at $30,000 a night.
