Allcheckdeals markets itself as India’s first and only online residential real estate brokerage.  If you list your home with them, they advertise they will save you 75% of the commission you would otherwise pay a seller’s agent.  Allcheckdeals discounts their commission rate to .5% — the typical seller agent’s commission rate is 2%.

Allcheckdeals is part of naukri.com, an Indian job portal.

They even have redfin-like cartoon images (the first 2 are almost the same)
