I know that is why I stopped my self in mid sentence and thought better to solicit the ideas than to ask you to provide them for free!

Joe you are right. People like to do business with people that they like and give them good feeling during and after the transaction.
Any tips for realtors as to how they can make their services memorable (other than a closed transaction) -they probably can't open up multimedia lounges!
Would like to see your ideas, or perhaps without giving any away,we can ask realtors for some stories on how they made their transactions memorable. We could collect the comments here and on the HomeGain blog. We have a section called success stories but its pretty thin at the moment.http://blog.homegain.com/category/success_stories

Joe ~
We have a similar banking situation here in the Boise area, albeit on a lesser scale:
http://www.idahostatesman.com/103/story/292739.htm
Title One, here in the Boise area, offers its clients a latte brewed onsite when they show up for a closing.
Wonder when the real estate profession will wake up and figure this out?
Out of the box thinking works!
