According to these NAR stats, a real estate agent is still the most used source of information when searching for real estate! But we already knew that didn’t we?

Great post. I too, provide as much information as possible for buyers, especially First Time Home buyers that can proceed in a transation with greater speed and familiarity when poised with valid information.

chris - that’s true. but re: the usefulness of real estate agents, some may disagree with you. i did however change the language as you can see. thanks for the input.
