Alligator Marketing?
Dan Marino, retired Hall of Fame Miami Dolphins quarterback, is now a real estate spokesperson for Town Creek Ranch in south Florida. They are having a liquidation land sale for 5 acre lots which they claim are 30-50% below recent certified appraisals. Heck, if Dan Marino is promoting this piece of real estate it has to be great right? I bet he either has some ownership interest in the company or they shelled out a boat load of money to get his face on the billboard. An interesting marketing tactic nonetheless. I’m sure alligator lovers will just love the land
