Property Grunt has a great post on real estate Auctions: The next big thing. This once lowly regarded method of unloading distressed, tax lien & foreclosure property might acquire some cachet because the rich are turning to it. It may be quite the rage. Grunt says Douglas Elliman is considering opening an auction division. Can perfectly fine real estate be sold just like a used tractor? Read the Grunt for his unique take on the phenomena.
