		<description>Well said, Sellsius.  Keywords in the domain are essential to helping a site come out of the Sandbox faster.  They give Google a good idea of what your site is about even before they look through your content.  Also, placing keywords in your site tag line is a good idea.  Another thing to beware of is that terms like "blog, chat, and forum" are known Google poison words and should always be avoided in the domain name.</description>

		<description>Not to discount the importance of having "real estate" in the title, but the reason that we show up on Technorati is that we both have (1) claimed our blog on Technorati and (2) added the tag "real estate".   These are both easy things to do but are often overlooked by the larger sites like Curbed!
