They are out there. The Realtor I used to buy my home was not only very knowledgeable, she was kind and caring. She also had a lot of connections for contractors, landscapers, wall paper hangers, you name it. She was a one woman welcome wagon. You know, it’s also what an agent does AFTER a closing that stays with you. I was happy and confident to refer her to several of my friends and they had the same experience.

Nothing on that list has any level of difficulty to deliver. Well as a Realtor, I won’t speak for the lenders, but if everything else wasn’t offered to me and a buyer wanted the info, I’d be pleased to pass it along.
