Modernist prefab designer/builder Marmol Radziner was awarded the 2006 Silver Industrial Design Excellence Award (IDEA) in the Environmental category. The IDEA awards are among the world’s most prestigious. They are awarded yearly by the Industrial Designers of America.
Marmol Radziner prefabricated steel frame homes are:
made from recycled steel and are completed in our factory with your choice of finishes, details, and appliances, many of them environmentally friendly. The homes are not kits or panelized systems; the full construction of your home takes place in the factory, and the finished house can be delivered and placed on your site in as little as 5 months from the time your order is placed. There are currently five model floor plans available, or you can contact us to discuss your own custom floor plan. We also offer three installation options to meet your budget and site needs.
