The thread was started by Russ Cofano as a short two line post with a quote. So why has it attracted so many comments? Maybe because real estate is not as organized as some might think. Maybe it’s because each state has it’s own laws, guidelines, customary practices and methods of doing business. With people moving to different states everyday, could this be the reason that there is so much confusion and backlash towards the brokerage industry’s practices?
Now the federal government has stepped in as the friendly godfather to resolve the confusion. Will he make the real estate industry an offer it can’t refuse?
