Apparently, the labor laws in Dubai are set up in such a wa as to protect the developers but not the workers. The report stated that the workers are nothing more than indentured servants (captive slave workers) who are more or less forced to work in hazardous conditions for little or no pay. Sure, it's a pretty picture, but at what cost....
