President of NAR Ignored His Broker & Can’t Sell His House


Saw this article in the Washington Post by Sandra Fleishman. It seems Thomas M. Stevens, NAR President ignored the advice of his broker to lower the price of his Washington area home if it did not sell in 40-60 days. He didn’t do it. Now, one year later his house has the dreaded “too many days on the market” virus.

Looks like a nice house:
