Effective real estate marketing involves using a mix of media, such as print ads, tv and radio. Enter the newest marketing medium, the In Touch Realty Kiosk. Think of it as a Real Estate ATM. Consumers freely use a touch menu to search home listings in your database. They can e-mail & schedule showings.
The kiosks are portable. Place them in high traffic areas like airports and malls. Heck, put one right outside your office so the consumer can walk right in. We love this innovative concept. It is currently being used by RE/Max First Choice in Onalaska, Wisconsin. It was conceived by Terri Stagman.
To learn more about the kiosk, which sells for about $5,000, incuding a year of hosting, visit the In Touch Realty Kiosk website. Maybe a Skype component could be added to make immediate voice contact with an agent.

Old-out of date technology. Why?
Perhaps the technology is not what makes it a useful marketing tool. It puts your brand out there with access.
Marketing effectiveness is not solely dependent on technology. A lawn sign is low tech but it can still attract a prospective buyer.
agree. I would rather take that $5000 and do more low tech-high touch things with it then. Didn’t I hear somewhere that the company that owns Move.com started off with kiosks in the mid 90’s?
I guess it comes down to ROI. Where do you get the better return on your marketing dollar?
