		<description>todd - as with any new type of real estate business model, there will be those that embrace it and those that put it down. having choices is a good thing, for both consumers and brokers/agents! the best thing to do is make yourself as informed and educated as possible and specialize in a particular niche. this way, you will be best equipped to assist your clients and customers as the local area expert. then it really shouldn't matter which company you work for, because real estate is about relationships and people will be hiring "YOU".
