After an exciting day of snowmobiling at 9,000 feet on a 14,000 acre private mountain top community near Park City, I defrosted myself and took a spin down to Salt Lake City to meet my new friend and fellow real estate blogger Greg Tracy of Blueroof.com and his business partner Mike.
We met at the Market Street Oyster Bar, one of SLC’S finest restaurants. As we made our way through the crowded space, it felt like I was with the Mayor of Salt Lake as Greg shook hands and shared hugs with many people. It turns out that this a local watering hole for some of SLC’S finest Real Estate professionals. Greg sure knows how to mingle.
After a few drinks, Greg started to spill all his secrets - just kidding:) The drinks however, did go down nicely as I savored the award winning Evolution amber brew from Wasatch Beers and Greg nursed his favorite drink, Jack and coke. The conversation and dinner was fabulous. We talked about our families, life experiences, real estate and blogging of course.
Being the Blogoholic that I am, I welcomed Greg to the club and presented him with an official Sellsius° Blogoholic long sleeve jersey. Hope it fits Greg!
After meeting Greg and Mike, it’s clear why they have been so successful, they are very personable, have a great sense of humor and really know real estate. Their passion for helping consumers really shines through. They specialize in helping buyers, many of who are first time home buyers. It’s no secret why Blueroof has been voted the favorite real estate site in Salt Lake City

It was a blast meeting you and learning more about Sellsius and how you get that little degree symbol about your emails.
This was the first time I’d met one of my “internet buddies” as my wife calls you (I keep telling her that blogging is not a chat room…) and I’m glad you were such a cool guy and not a tech geek hunched over a laptop and sipping on milk or something (hey, you never know)!
And I’m excited to see your new product that you 100- percent guaranteed me would be completely finished and fully-launched “LIVE” by the Inman event January 8th!! Well, not in so many words…
