Early in my blogging career I decided to not follow bankrate.com and a couple of others put up by employees of national magazines. I felt they were good at taking other peoples work, not anxious for a dialogue, and disrespectfull to the citizen journalist. I also felt many writing about real estate had their credentials in something other than real estate. Sorry, its late saturday night, just had to vent. Lar
hi lar - that may be the case but were just two guys blogging about what we love - real estate. we’re humbled when anyone mentions us or something we said. fyi - the amount of traffic we have received from bankrate has been significant and we do appreciate it.
As a matter of fact it has - I have almost closed a deal from my posting on there - but the buyers contacted me through doing a google search and came across my listing’s blog.
