  • Jay, you are a visionary. Good luck. We'll see if we can get it some real press.
  • I will certainly keep you posted! I sent an email off to the sellers explaining the term "unzillowable". They like it and think (as I do) that it might just draw some attention to the listing.

    Time will tell...
  • Hmmmm. Some other ways Zillowed is being used http://www.zillowed.com
  • Jay, we'd like to follow the progress of this listing. Will the term lead to interest, questions from potential buyers, broker? Please keep us posted and we'll report any findings you pass along. Thanks.
  • Jay, I was so amazed about the listing copy I didn't even notice it was yours. I just rushed the comment. My apologies. I'm going to do a post on this. As far as I know, you are the first broker to use the term in a listing.
  • It's my listing...
  • Unbelievable Jay! How on earth did you find this?
  • "Waiting to find a broker or agent to put the term in a listing eg. “The views are unzillowable.”"

    Ask, and ye shall receive...

  • I would use it in one of our listings, but OUR WHOLE MARKET IS UNZILLOWABLE!
  • Yes, one step closer. I just checked Yahoo & Google & found 570 & 519 references to "unzillowable". Waiting to find a broker or agent to put the term in a listing eg. "The views are unzillowable." Now that would be news!

    Thanks Daniel.
  • Very cool guys. (This could be used in the Blogging contest). Very good one to use for a quick link post.
  • I read the article this morning in my email. I noticed that they used "unzillowable." Looks like you are one reference closer to your wikipedia page. . .

    keep up the good work
