Sellsius Talks with Jonathan Schein of New York House Magazine

I had the great pleasure of meeting with Jonathan Schein, President and Publisher of House Media Network and his associate Paul, whom I met in the Press Room, at the 2007 Inman NYC Real Estate Connect. They recently acquired and launched New York House Magazine. The magazine is delivered to over 1,000 New York City Buildings and is available by subscription as well. According to Jonathan, the trend of eco-friendly, green and sustainable living will take off in 2007. This is good news for the middle class who will have more affordable living choices in the years to come.
