SellSmart Real Estate uses the Smart Car to showcase their Knockbox Technology.
The Smart Car, which we first experienced in NYC a few months ago, is a new breed of sub compact cars. One of their great features include Wi-Fi capability to quench your web fix. SellSmart has taken advantage of this feature to help promote their Knockbox technology. This allows passers by to use their WI-FI device to access the details of the property from outside the house. All the seller has to do is place a small device inside the house. This is a great tool for home buyers who have limited time. Now they can just pull up to the house, and quickly see all the details without wasting time walking through a house that may not meet their needs. This allows home buyers to see more houses in a shorter period of time or at any time of the day or night.

yeah, you might even be able to fit the smart car in the trunk of the vw beetle. i’ve seen help - u-sell use the vw beetle, foxtons use the mini cooper, and now sellsmart with the smart car. i wonder what the next real estate company will select as their promo vehicle of choice? i’d like to see a real estate broker ride a custom built chopper branded with their company logo. if anyone finds someone who has done it, please send us a link.

He lives in Kent. Kent is very blue collar. Kent people talk trash about Bellevue people; the techies, corporate exec’s, etc. With that in mind I think his logo says something like Bellevue Sucks. Lar

The Smart Cars are already available in the US from ZAP! www.zapworld.com ZP (NYSE). A California based company who is also planning on brining a Brazilian made car to the US, the Obvio! 828, that is a hybrid that can run on any combination of ethanol and gas. Zap is also the only car company who is selling a Chinese manufactured car in the US the 100% electric Xebra city car.
