    I’m not for or against anybody or any business model. But Allan could possible quiet himself a little bit, keep an open mind and maybe learn something.

    Oh man, somebody get the man some meds. You don’t win credibility by attacking other business models. I recommend a stint at an accredited business school with a focus on ethics and marketing classes! Thanks for posting this guys, I missed it but heard all about it.

    Two dynamic speakers debating very different fundamental beliefs and representing opposing models- I’d say the consumer wins by having choice and we in the industry win by having the ability to hear the debate and further strengthen which side (or both) we belong in the debate.

    The past vs. the future. Consider the possibility that in 3 years Redfin agents will be averaging 6% commission per sale and Move.com related agents will be averaging 2% due to consumer demand (or lack of) for their services. md
