Update: Live and Direct Exclusive
Phil from WellcomeMat just sent me their new vertical player for blogs which allows you to see the chapters underneath the video. When uploading a video, you have the ability to add cue points to any portion of it. This allows viewers to skip to any portion of the video without having to watch the whole thing. Brilliant! This is a great update for any blogger who wants to add video to their blog. You can also create a link to the video, email the video to a friend or embed the video on your own site. Hey, the only thing that’s missing is the ability to add comments - hint, hint:)
Our friend Erik from Realty Thoughts had a nice write up on WellcomeMat and other video sites as well. He calls them the YouTube of Real Estate.

And it’s very important to us that ‘Joe Bloe. Average at everything, jacque of all trades, master of…’ has A, a good experience with the Mat and B, can upload without any problems. About the updated player built for bloggers… The vertical version is in beta and only avaible to a few select (real estate specific) bloggers. While you can pull the player off their site and embed it on your yours, at this point, we’re only offering the horizontal version via WellcomeMat.com Thanks Michael
