The site is well laid out and easy to navigate. The Quick Search (on every page, which is great) allows search by city, beds, baths, property type and price range. You can also search by zip codes. We really liked the “under” pricing parameter in Quick Search. The site also some tools, including an interesting traffic counter. There is also an email alert service for new MLS listings. Commercial and land listings come via Loopnet.
