Once you join, your SEO friendly profile is automatically added to our searchable directory of Real Estate Agents and Brokers. If that’s all you want to do, then just sit back and relax. Or, you can write real estate articles in our Tips & Links section or start a thread in our real estate forum. Write about anything you want. The idea is to provide consumers with information that can help them make better buying and selling decisions. Showcase your local expertise and local neighborhood knowledge.

Although he does take an occasional listing from time to time, his main area of expertise is representing the unique needs of first time home buyers.
Finding the perfect real estate agent who meets your criteria in your local area can be daunting. Let me show you how our search system can help you find the perfect real estate agent (needle) in our real estate agent directory (haystack). The key of course is having enough agents in our system to choose from, hint, hint…… 
1. Go to our Real Estate Broker/Agent Directory on the website header and click “Search for Broker/Agents”
2. If you know the exact criteria you want your real estate agent to have, select the “Exact Match” radio button - or if you just want to see results of real estate agents that have some of your criteria, leave the default radio button setting to “Any Selected”. Next, select at least one Type, Category and Expertise. Then all you have to do is click Search and you will see if we have any results that meet your needs. Or, you can select additional criteria, as I have done such as a State, County and Zip code, where I want my real estate agent to specialize in.
In the example below, I selected the following real estate agent criteria:
o Exact Match = I want my Agent to have all my criteria.
Type: Residential
Category: Buyers Agent
Expertise: 1st Time Home Buyer
State: Pennsylvania
County: Delaware
Zip: 19083
Then I clicked Search.
3. I received 1 Real Estate Agent that met my criteria. This is, in fact, the correct result. Since Steven is the only agent that met ALL our buyers specific criteria, our system found him for our Buyer. The Exact Match functionality displays results that must contain all of your criteria—not results that have just some of your criteria. Searches that provide results which have any one of your criteria are called fuzzy searches, which you can do on our site too by the way, if you like
Our searchable real estate directory provides consumers with a detailed method of finding a local real estate agent. The more information you provide about yourself, your business and your expertise, the easier it will be for search engines and consumers to find you on Sellsius°.
Our organic real estate classifieds community will take some time to blossom into a viable consumer destination. Dumb question, I suppose — but it looks like we should enter all of our listings both in the Manage Property Listing area ~and~ Manage Classified area — listings don’t automatically populate classifieds?
Good question Cheryl.
We kept Real Property listings separate from Offered classified ads, which are for Products, Services, Jobs, Roommate and Wanted Ads.
You can list your brokerage in the Offered classifieds (under services), post job ads or wanted ads there.
In this way, property listed in the Residential, Getaways, Commercial or Business for sale sections are searchable there and products, services and jobs are searchable in the Offered and Wanted Classifieds.
You can, however, use the Classifieds Wanted Ads for property wanted.
