Create Virtual Tours With Your Camera Using SpinStitch

I had the opportunity to speak with Justin Moss, Founder and CEO of SpinStitch, creator of new software which lets you create virtual tours, slideshows, sales flyers and HTML emails and Craigslist ads with a single upload of photos taken with your point and shoot camera. Upload your photos once and all the above are automatically generated and available in tabs. See samples here. Key features are here.

Justin told me he interviewed real estate agents to find out which tools they used and discovered they were going to one source for slideshows, another for sales flyers, another for virtual tours, and so on. So, he thought he could make life easier with software to do all of the above with a one time upload of photos. He also added syndication and visitor IP tracking.

DIY Virtual Tours PLUS Syndication

After you create your tour it will upload to our site which automatically will create a slideshow, professional sales flyers, and many other features. Once it is on our site you can then link it to your own site, the MLS, and even upload it to Realtor.com to create the red spinning house logo on your Realtor.com listing. You can also upload the virtual tour to your local MLS. Not only will it do this but we also distribute it to many search engines including Google, Zillow, Trulia, Backpage, and many more. You can log into our site once you’re signed up and view a bunch of printable graphs and charts that will show you where your internet traffic is coming from, how many views per day you’re getting, and our special feature will even allow you to track the exact city where a person is viewing your tour from. Many of our new users have realized they’ve been target marking the wrong areas after they see where there tour traffic is coming from.

Craigslist Ads

“Another feature of our software is that you will be able to create beautiful Craigslist ads by just copying and pasting a html code that SpinStitch will generate automatically”, says Moss.

Video demo of SpinStitch here.

The software is available to realtors for $125 (discounted from $199) until November 1, 2008. The cost to host the content on SpinStitch is $39 per month. However, you can take a 15-day test spin of SpinStitch.

Special Offer for Sellsius visitors

If, after taking your 15 day test run, you decide SpinStitch is a good solution for you, you can get a free month by clicking the SpinStitch ad in the sidebar.

Has anyone used SpinStitch? Let me know how you like it.

  • This seems similar to how they have softwares for ebay postings..but neat idea Mr.Justin..Will be very useful not only to realtors but also house owners.Especially those who wants to sell their house on their own and don't have much time to write craigslist postings and details.I have seen some folks contacting me on my site http:101nicehouses.com about having the difficulty to upload pictures or not knowing how to,but this is a easier way to link instead of having to upload on individual sites.
  • Thanks for the feedback Tom.

One of the things that impressed me about Justin Moss was his concern for meeting a realtor need-- not HIS idea of the need, but what realtors told him was the need.

I also thought the all-in-one solution was appealing-- one upload giving you several options. Plus the syndication. BUT.. as they say, the proof is in the pudding.

I was involved with some of the testing of spinstich and have been impressed with how the software package has evolved. The added features and ease of use has impressed me, and I have recommended the program to my real estate marketing and realtor contacts. I truly believe that this package will help sell houses.

Wow, this looks like it would be really easy to have everything in one place. I'll have to check it out. I currently use Visual Tour for my virtual tours, publisher for flyers and Postlets to spotlight listings on my blog. Thanks for the heads up.
