It's pretty useful, although I find that the firefox extension seems to mess with my browser and give it errors any time a new window is opened, so I keep it disabled. Also of note, especially for WordPress.com users - who can't use any embed codes/javascript directly because of code-stripping by the blogging software - is that VodPod can, theoretically, be used to post any flash application too. I <a href="http://blog.timayres.ca/2008/03/31/poll-horrible-mls-photo-of-the-month/" rel="nofollow">recently posted a poll</a> from SodaHead on my blog using VodPod. It worked flawlessly.
