We have been fans and users of Skype for a long time. For those who haven’t used the great Skype, what are you waiting for? For blogoholics it is a must. It’s FREE unlimited computer to computer calling, and more.
Type and surf the net while you talk. You can even have an online conference call or a video call. We recently chatted up a storm with the CondoBlogger Boys. You can also IM, leave voice messages, forward calls and create a contact list for speed dialing. You can even see if you missed a call. All calls from your computer to a fellow Skyper on their computer are totally FREE. No limits. Talk till the cows come home.
For the past year, Skype has also allowed free calls from your computer to cell and land line phones. That will end on December 31, 2006. But not to worry. For a meager $14.95 per year, you can continue to make unlimited calls from your computer to any phone in the United States and Canada. Skype to Skype calls (computer to computer) will remain FREE. Offer ends 1/31/07.
