Yahoo’s Open Shortcuts allows you to search via any search engine from the single Yahoo! search box. How? You simply create a shortcut with a letter or word & add a “!” after it. A Google search shortcut could be “G!”. So when you type “G! sellsius” in the Yahoo box, you will get search results from Google (not Yahoo). Create a shortcut for Technorati like this: “T!” and so on. This search shortcut can eliminate all the search engines you have on your toolbar.
