WTF? Apparently, you can drop the F-bomb to fool phone bots into connecting you to a human being. Silly bots. “Operator” works for me, but it’s good to know there are other options. Make sure the kids are not in the room.

    Joseph, I would have liked to seen your post yesterday as I was navigating the “friendly” GE phone menu to get a replacement part under warranty. btw, their website solution was no more helpful.

    Ahahaha…It works for Sprint customer service IVR system, usually I wait till the representative gets on the line before I start waxing profanitastic…Nice!

    I heard that pressing the Spanish option puts you through to a person too (a person who is obviously bilingual), but I haven’t tried it yet.
