Has real estate blogging reached a plateau? If I had to guess, I’d say maybe. Since last years Top 10 Women Real Estate Blogger award, there has been a tremendous surge in real estate bloggers – both male and female. The ladies have really stepped up to the plate and have been producing outstanding content. Ok, to be fair, the guys have done OK too
So why the surge in real estate bloggers?
Real Estate professionals have realized that we have a voice. We have the local knowledge and experience that consumers crave. Blogging has given us a cost effective avenue to relay that information directly to buyers and sellers in a non- salesy way. This two way conversation sure beats postcards doesn’t it?
One year later, we’re proud to see that last year’s group of women has continued to flourish. Some beyond everyone’s imagination. The power of the written word in a virtual world has the potential to reach millions of people. Priceless.
As we made our travels across the nation this summer on Blog Tour USA, we met with hundreds of real estate bloggers. The majority happened to be women. This is no surprise. Some of our industry’s greatest leaders are women. We just need to get some of them into NAR to shake things up a bit, if you know what I mean. Many of this year’s favorites met up with us on our blog tour. One day, we hope to share their wisdom with you, which we captured on video. It’s timeless.
Finding this year’s top female real estate bloggers was not difficult. Narrowing the list down to 10 was. So, we decided to make this year’s group a little bigger – and then there were 12. With 12 months in the year, we wanted one top lady blogger for each month. Why? We’re going to put together a calender to promote each one of you. Now all you have to do is decide who gets which month. The choice is yours. Play nice ladies
Having personally met each of the women within this elite group, we can honestly say that they all possess the very best qualities that we’d expect in a real estate professional. More importantly, they are fantastic human beings. Ones we’re proud to call our friends.
