
Lately, I’ve been using Tweetdeck to keep tabs on the goings on in the Twitterverse. I just learned that rascal uses 1.3 GB of my precious RAM, according to The 2.o Life (a great blog BTW).
TwitterGadget may be the Twitter app solution for me, since I spend a lot more time in my Gmail account. Twittergadget runs Twitter inside my Gmail account where I can do all the twitterish things I care to do. There are a host of features in the pint-sized app.
Here’s how it looks in the sidebar (it can be enlarged to full size by clicking the double square to the right of my name).
