Twoxit Twitter Widget Lets Folks Tweet From Your Blog or Website

twoxit

Twoxit is a Twitter widget that you can embed anywhere so visitors to your blog or website can send tweets.  Who knows, maybe they’ll read an interesting post on your blog and tweet it.   You can also use it to tweet from your own site.

The Twitter widgets come in several designs and colors.

Here’s one I put in the sidebar.

Test it by sending me a tweet @jfsellsius.

  • I understand now what is twitter. It is like a sms, instead of sending it to cellphone number you can send it to a twitter user id and it can be access by cellphone. Well, this good because you can write 140 character length of message, unlike sms it is so limited. Cheers, Michael McLaughlin, Cary real estate
  • its an excellent tool if i say so myself! makes it easy to tell people about a site you are viewing!
  • Yes, and if you're on your blog or website and want to sent a tweet, it's
    right there.
  • Twitter is a social networking and micro-blogging service that allows its users to send and read other users' updates (known as tweets), which are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length. Updates are displayed on the user's profile page and delivered to other users who have signed up to receive them. Senders can restrict delivery to those in their circle of friends (delivery to everyone being the default). Users can receive updates via the Twitter website, SMS, RSS, or through applications such as TwitterMobile, Tweetie, Twinkle, Twitterrific, Feedalizr, Facebook, and Twidget, a widget application.

Four gateway numbers are currently available for SMS: short codes for the United States, Canada, and India, and a United Kingdom-based number for international use. Several third parties offer posting and receiving updates via email.
