Congrats to Doug Heddings for launching TrueGotham TV!
Douglas Heddings, a Senior Vice President and associate real estate broker at Prudential Douglas Elliman and founder of The Heddings Property Group, LLC has launched TrueGotham Television (TGTV) today. The first of five episodes deals specifically with discrepancies with stated square footage and the methodology for measuring.
In this episode, panelists Jonathan Miller of Radarlogic and Miller Samuel Appraisers, Yungie Hahn from H2 Architects, and Don Meade from Quality Floor Plans disclose their methods for measuring square footage. Future episodes will discuss overstating of square footage, buyer frustration, and possible remedies to a provide standardization and policing of square footage quotes.
