What will be interesting to see is if real estate professionals beyond brokers will use Zillow if they do move into commercial. Sites like propertyshark.com, loopnet, costar and government sites like Zimas in LA and Acris in NYC seem to have most of the commercial and investor mindshare to date.

Lloyd is a bright guy and I don’t think he’d jump into commercial without mapping out a good plan first. Still, to the extent commercial property is indexed in the tax rolls, it too could be displayed.
